I'll try not to make this introduction post boring, but I can't make any promises. :)
Who am I?
My name is Kelsey. I am a 20 year old wife and mother. My husband, Mike is a soldier in the United States Army. We’ve been married since March 21st, 2009. Mike and I have been through some rough patches, including a year long deployment to Afghanistan but with God on our side we will make it through anything. On August 3rd, 2010 we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Aubrey Grace. Currently we live in Anchorage, Alaska but will be moving to Tacoma, Washington this summer. I plan on starting an in home daycare once we move to Washington so that I can do what I love, teach and raise my baby girl every step of the way. I plan to homeschool Aubrey with a Christian/Waldorf inspired curriculum. My hobbies include cooking, knitting, sewing, reading, and being the best mother possible. I will be blogging about my life as a military wife, being a first time mother, my cooking ventures, and my journey as I start up my own Christian/Waldorf inspired in home day care.
